Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the DueDash mobile application or visiting our website (collectively referred to as the "Service"), operated by Mrutyunjay Studio ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the Service, you signify your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use DueDash.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use DueDash.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete account information during the Google Sign-In authentication process.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Permitted Use & App Functionality

DueDash grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial financial record management:

• SMS Detection: You may grant or revoke SMS permissions at any time through Android System Settings. DueDash uses this capability exclusively to assist you in tracking your own transactions.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, or use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized activity.

4. Advertising (Android only)

The iOS app contains no advertising. This section applies to the Android app only.

On Android, DueDash is provided free of charge and is funded by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. By using the app you agree that ads may be shown to you. Advertisements are supplied by Google and its partners, not by us: we do not endorse, verify or take responsibility for advertised products, services or offers, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are solely between you and them. We never share your expenses, EMIs, merchant names or SMS content with advertisers - see our Privacy Policy for exactly what the ads SDK receives and how to control it.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to DueDash, including its source code, UI designs, icons, graphics, and branding, remain the exclusive property of Mrutyunjay Studio.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

We continuously improve DueDash and reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with or without notice. We host the Service on Google Cloud infrastructure and aim for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion through the app or by visiting our Account Deletion Page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mrutyunjay Studio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
